"I would like to acknowledge your customer service and say thank you one more time. On Friday March 2nd, 2012 we encountered a problem on trail 4 about 4 miles from your dealership with one or our older snowmobiles in the group. We arrived at Extreme Power Sports with a 2000 Ski Doo MXZ. When we spoke with the Parts personal he worked thru all the scenarios that could be causing the electrical issue with the snowmobile, stator, voltage regulator, bulbs, etc. We then spoke with the Service Department and you were able to test the electrical and then service the snowmobile and get us back on the trail within a couple hours. In the end you had the parts we needed in stock (voltage regulator and headlight bulbs), were able to get the snowmobile right in for service, and get us back on the trail, therefore saving our weekend. Also while we were at the dealership waiting on the repair all your personal (sales, service, parts, etc) were very hospitable, offering us to put our gear in a safe place, offering us a place to wait (employee break room), and offered a snack and a couple soft drinks as well (at our cost of course, but no complaints from us). While we were waiting there was no pressure for us to find something else to do or somewhere else to go. I honestly cannot say enough about how we were treated with Extreme Power Sports making our emergency their emergency and getting us back on the trail. It was very nice to see customer service like this does still exist. We were not regular customers, we arrived off the trail with an older sled that was not purchased from Extreme, and they still made us feel like the most important customer in the store. With this said, Extreme Power Sports has definitely earned our business and I / we will definitely look at purchasing our gear, parts, and snowmobiles from Extreme Power Sports in the future.
