"I stopped by Extreme on my way home to KY after I blew my chaincase. The level of service was top notch as was the communication. It was very important to me that my sled was fixed on a certain time frame because I live 550 miles away. Doug in the service department kept in contact with me when they diagnosed the sled and up until it was fixed. They got everything done very quickly even though they had to special order parts. While in the showroom I was checking out a new Polaris 800 Switchback Adventure. The salesman was very nice and answered my questions but was not pushy. "Excellent service. I did the entire deal over the phone. Walked in, paid and was loaded and leaving in 10 minutes. The new quad had a winch issue so when I called and talked to Tyler about it he sent a truck to my cabin 25 miles away to pick the machine up and fix it and brought it back same day. No charge. I cannot say enough about the excellent service. Side note, they beat my down state local dealerships price by a few hundred bucks. "I would like to acknowledge your customer service and say thank you one more time. On Friday March 2nd, 2012 we encountered a problem on trail 4 about 4 miles from your dealership with one or our older snowmobiles in the group. We arrived at Extreme Powersports with a 2000 Ski-Doo MXZ. When we spoke with the Parts personal he worked through all the scenarios that could be causing the electrical issue with the snowmobile stator, voltage regulator, bulbs, etc. We then spoke with the Service Department and you were able to test the electrical and then service the snowmobile and get us back on the trail within a couple hours. In the end you had the parts we needed in stock (voltage regulator and headlight bulbs), were able to get the snowmobile right in for service, and get us back on the trail, therefore saving our weekend. Also while we were at the dealership waiting on the repair all your personal (sales, service, parts, etc.) were very hospitable, offering us to put our gear in a safe place, offering us a place to wait (employee break room), and offered a snack and a couple soft drinks as well (at our cost of course, but no complaints from us). While we were waiting there was no pressure for us to find something else to do or somewhere else to go. I honestly cannot say enough about how we were treated with Extreme Powersports making our emergency their emergency and getting us back on the trail. It was very nice to see customer service like this does still exist. We were not regular customers, we arrived off the trail with an older sled that was not purchased from Extreme, and they still made us feel like the most important customer in the store. With this said, Extreme Powersports has definitely earned our business and I / we will definitely look at purchasing our gear, parts, and snowmobiles from Extreme Powersports in the future. "Great sales staff. Got a GREAT price on my bike. Was disappointed that a dealership would send a guy who had a three hour drive off on a bike with no tool kit and severely under inflated tires. First stop was a service station down the road to do my own service. I would expect a bike leaving a business to be thoroughly checked out by service before jeopardizing a riders well being.
